( se\u00a0 evt. video nederst)<\/li>\n<li>Om morgenen t\u00e6ndes ovnen p\u00e5 250 grader varmluft, og s\u00e6t en plade ind i ovnen. Tag dejen ud af k\u00f8leskabet.<\/li>\n<li>Drys solsikkekerne og sesamfr\u00f8 p\u00e5 bordet i et felt p\u00e5 ca, 30&#215;30 cm. Vend dejen ud p\u00e5 k\u00e6rnerne &#8211; tr\u00e6k evt dejen forsigtigt til ca 20&#215;20 cm, drys med birkes ( og evt de overskydende kerne) og sk\u00e6r dejen ud i 9 firkanter, og l\u00f8ft dem forsigtigt over p\u00e5 den varme plade.<\/li>\n<li>S\u00e6t bollerne ind, s\u00e6nk temperaturen til 210 C.
